RED RIBBON MONTH 2026!

Make a Difference. Be A Hero. Stay Drug Free

This October, Challenge of Tarrant County and our community coalitions are joining together to celebrate Red Ribbon Month 2026 with the message: “Make a Difference. Be a Hero. Stay Drug Free.”™

Throughout the month, we’re bringing prevention to life through educational presentations, youth and family resources, community activities, and a month-long social media campaign designed to inspire healthy choices and positive action. Because being a hero isn’t about where you come from, what you look like, how old you are, or what role you play in the community. Everyone has the power to make a difference. From schools and families to healthcare, businesses, community organizations and young people themselves, we’re highlighting how every sector has a role in creating healthier, safer and stronger communities.

Explore our Red Ribbon Month resources, presentations, activities and social media campaign—and discover how you can be a hero who makes a difference.
