The Follow Our Lead (FOL) coalition strives to support Parker County by providing tools that assist people to make choices that create life-time champions. FOL’s efforts to heighten the knowledge of alcohol and drug misuse risks, adverse effects, and integration of community resources for continued prevention efforts. The coalition advocates for healthy lifestyle choices through the promotion of strength-based empowerment to grow personal and social responsibility.

Katherine Neale-Thomas, LMSW, CPS

FOL's Program Director

Katherine Neale-Thomas holds a Masters in Social Work, Bachelors in Rehabilitation Studies with a Minor in Substance Use prevention. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Prevention Specialist.

      Blood Alcohol Content, or BAC, refers to the percentage of alcohol in a person's bloodstream, and can be measured within 30-70 minutes after drinking. Contrary to popular belief, nothing can lower BAC except time; coffee, cold showers, and chugging glasses of water will not help you sober up any faster. Curious what your BAC might be? Use
