The Follow Our Lead (FOL) coalition strives to support Weatherford College by providing tools that assist Coyotes to make choices that create life-time champions. The Coyote-Wise campus culture makes way for FOL’s efforts to heighten the knowledge of alcohol and drug misuse risks, adverse effects, and integration of community resources for continued prevention efforts. The coalition advocates for healthy lifestyle choices through the promotion of strength-based empowerment to grow personal and social responsibility.

Contrary to popular belief, nothing can lower BAC except time; coffee, cold showers, and chugging glasses of water will not help you sober up any faster. Curious what your BAC might be? Use our calculator to estimate, but don't forget that everyone metabolizes alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) differently. Our calculator can give you an approximate BAC level, but do not rely upon it to determine if you're fit to drive or work. National Institute of Health
